The secret of the Ischia recipes proposed by the Chef Massimo, is all in the fresh and genuine ingredients, treated with simplicity, in delicate and short cooking and in the constant use of aromatic herbs that sprout a little everywhere on the island, the rosemary, the thyme, the basil, our chili pepper and the Pepernia, a typical herb of Ischia that reminds of the thyme.Our dishes simply respect the quality and goodness of the raw material. Exceptional are our raw fish that follow the seasonality.
Season fruit , the bread, the eggs, the fish are locally produced at kilometer Zero.
